Yueming Hu Executive director, chairman of the board and NGC general manager

He was appointed as the company’s executive director on December 1, 2005. Mr. Hu, graduated from university and is a senior engineer. He successively served as the deputy general manager of Nanjing Technique Equipment Factory and general manager of Nanjing Atlas Copco Construction Machinery Ltd. In 1998, Mr. Hu joined Nanjing High Speed Gearbox Factory. In August 2001 he became the vice chairman and general manager of Nanjing High Speed & Accurate Gear (Group) Co., Ltd. Mr. Hu is an expect of the gear transmission equipment technology and business administration, a councilor of China Gear Industry Institute, and in 2004 he was honored as “Excellent enterprisers of Jiangshu Province”. In 2006 he gained a nationwide “May 1st” labor medal.

Yongdao Chen Executive director and NGC vice general manager

He was appointed as the executive director of the company on December 1st, 2005. Mr. Chen has a master’s degree and the title of senior engineer. He successively served as vice director of examination and measure department in Nanjing High Speed Gearbox Factory, the director of production department, the vice factory manager of Nanjing High Speed Gearbox Factory. In August 2001 he became the director and vice general manager of Nanjing High Speed & Accurate Gear (Group) Co., Ltd. Mr. Chen is an expert of the metal material heat treatment, and he engaged in the research, design and development of gear transmission equipment production technology, measurement and examination of gear transmission equipment, and business management for more than twenty years, and has gained many achievement awards.

Xun Lu Executive director and NGC vice general manager

He was appointed as the company executive director on December 1st, 2005. Mr. Lu graduated from university and is a senior engineer. He successively served as the vice director and technology vice director, vice chief economist and vice factory manager of Nanjing High Speed Gearbox Factory. In august 2001 he became the director and vice general manager of Nanjing High Speed & Accurate Gear (Group) Co., Ltd. Mr. Lu is a gear transmission equipment sales expert, and has engaged in the gear transmission equipment marketing management, and owned abundant experience in marketing management and customer resources.

Shengqiang LI Executive director and NGC vice general manager

He was appointed as the company’s executive director on December 1st, 2005. Mr. Li graduated from university and is a senior engineer. He successively served as the vice secretary of Chinese Communist Youth League Committee, chairman of labor union and vice factory manager of Nanjing High Speed Gearbox Factory. In August 2001 he became the director of Nanjing High Speed & Accurate Gear (Group) Co., Ltd. and in March 2004 took the director and vice general manager. Mr. Li has engaged in business management for more than thirty years, and acquired abundant experience in gear transmission equipment production management.

Jianguo Liu Executive director and NGC vice general manager

He was appointed as the company’s executive director on December 1st 2005. Mr. Liu graduated from university and is a senior engineer. He successively served as the vice director, director, factory manager assistant, chief engineer of Nanjing High Speed Gearbox Factory.. In august 2001 he became the director and vice general manager of Nanjing High Speed & Accurate Gear (Group) Co., Ltd. Mr. Liu has engaged in the gear transmission equipment research, design and development for more than ten years, and has achieved many technology achievement award in gear equipment research.

Enrong Liao Executive director and NGC deputy general manager

He was appointed as the company’s executive director on December 1st 2005. Mr. Liao has the master’s degree and the title of senior engineer. He successively served as the deputy director and director of the workshop, director of the technological transformation office, vice general engineer, factory manager assistant and enterprise management director of Nanjing High Speed Gearbox Factory. In august 2001 he became the secretary to the board of directors of Nanjing High Speed & Accurate Gear (Group) Co., Ltd. In January 2003 he was appointed as the secretary to the board of directors and deputy general manager. Mr. Liao was an expert of metal material heat treatment, and has engaged in the technology management and investment management for more than twenty years.

Wei Zhang Non-executive director

He was appointed as the company’s non-executive director on July 27th 2006. Mr. Zhang is a master of business administration. He successively served as the vice director of Electronic industry Bureau of Jiangsu Province, the capital director of the Jiangsu Hongtu Electronic Information Group, the president of Jiangsu Hongtu High Technology Co., Ltd, now he is the director and general manager of Jiangsu High Technology Investment Group Co., Ltd.

Qi Wang Non-executive director

He was appointed as the company’s non-executive director on July 27th 2006. Mr. Wang graduated from Beijing University; his major was international politics and world history. He was successively served in a few financial institutions of Beijing government. In 2000 he became the director of financing department of Jianlian Group Co., Ltd. In 2002, he was appointed as vice administration president of Taishan (Hong Kong) Holding Company. In 2004, Mr. Wang became a management partner of Asian Capital Holdings Limited and was in charge of the financial service of European Development Bank China Branch. Now Mr. Wang is the director of DPL.

Richard A. Piliero Non-executive director

He was appointed as the company’s non-executive director on July 27th 2006. Mr. Piliero graduated from Brown University, and held the bachelor’s degree of business economic and international relation. In 1996 he was appointed as the financial analyst of investment bank department of New York Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. In 1998 served as the partner of Investor Growth Capital, Inc. In 2000, Mr. Piliero was the Venture LP partner and management person. From 2001, he worked in the Templeton Asset Management Ltd based in Singapore. Mr. Piliero now is the non-executive director.

Xihe Jiang Independent non-executive director

He was appointed as the company’s independent executive director. Mr. Jiang graduated from the department of accounting of Central Finance University, Chinese certificated public accountant. He has been teaching in Nanjing University from 1995, and is also the member of the Central Committee of Jiangsu Accounting Education Study.

Shimin Chen Independent non-executive director

He was appointed as the company’s independent non-executive director. Mr. Chen graduated from Shanghai Finance University with master’s degree of economic. In 1992 he graduated with Ph. D of accountancy from Georgian University in America. Mr. Chen now is the vice professor and doctoral tutor at the Account and Finance Institute of Hong Kong University, the professor and doctoral tutor of the department of accounting of Nanjing University and Shanghai finance University. Mr. Chen is the member of America Managerial Accountant Conference and America Account Association, and he has achieved several scientific awards and obtained research funds for many times.

Junsheng Zhu Independent non-executive director

He was appointed as the company’s independent non-executive director. Mr. Zhu successively served in the State Council in State economic committee, State planning committee and State economic and trade committee, and he was engaged in the work of renewable energy resources planning and policy establishment, technology development, industry establishment and technology improvement etc. Mr. Zhu now is the director of the Industry Working Committee of China Renewable Energy Resources Association, the director of the Renewable Energy Resources Committee of China Resources Comprehensive Utilization Association, the honorary president of the Mechanical Branch China National Machinery Industry Association and a member of China Energy Research Association.

Wing Hong Lui Financial controller

He was appointed as the company’s financial controller in May 2006, and was appointed as the company’s secretary and qualified accountant. Mr. Lui graduated from York University, and holds the business and economic bachelor’s degree, and gained the advanced diploma of financial management of University of New England. Mr. Lui is the member of Australia and Hong Kong Accountant Conference.

Jingjia Zhou Financial controller of Nanjing High Precise Gear Group Co., Ltd

She was appointed as the financial controller of Nanjing High Speed & Accurate Gear (Group) Co., Ltd. Ms. Zhou graduated from Suzhou University, Chinese certified public accountant. She was successively appointed as the deputy sector chief of the finance department of Nanjing Engineering Machinery Factory, the finance manager of Nanjing Atlas Copco Construction Machinery Ltd and county manager of CMT in China.
