Geared for a Better Future

On July 21, 2013, Dongalloy Electromechanical Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Dongalloy Electromechanical), one of the subsidiaries of Nanjing High Accurate Drive Equipment Manufacturing Group Co., Ltd, organized an activity of outdoor training in Nanjing Lovers Park , it was Dongalloy Electromechanical Career Camp. A set of completed training programs were tailored for Dongalloy teams by the training institution, and a professional coach was in charge for it. The programs were integrated with the real life. The team members had the quality training of personality, abilities, career planning and so on so that they can enjoy the entertainment, have perceptions in the experience, and finally understand the relations between personality, team and enterprises.

The outdoor training included programs such as trust fall, hasty 60 seconds, climbing over the wall to escape, power grid of life and death and so on. Although the rain was pelting down and the road was muddy, the Dongalloy training team was inspired and had confidence to overcome difficulties. The cohesive force and combat strength of the team has been further strengthened.

Although the one-day outdoor training was very short, it provided the players opportunities to self-challenge. All the team members have realized that "there is no perfect personal, but a perfect team”. All the colleagues liked the words, "Are you ready?", "Please trust us!" A few brief words that everyone can say. But in the trust fall activity, at the moment people standing on the one meter high platform without anything to cling onto and any familiar faces of colleagues, the brief words for players were like support, encouragement, trust and touch. It was the communication we can not describe in language! It was power and spirit of team,and reappearrance of everyone’s efforts.

The most unforgettable scene is the wall that was very straight without anything to help you to escape. Before the competition, people estimated the time of climbing over the wall would be 45 minutes, one hour or one and a half hour, and so on. But in fact it only took 8 minutes and 35 seconds for them to finish, which was beyond the imagination of all people. Team members made a ladder with their own body which is like a pyramid so that they can climb over the four meters high wall one by one to escape. Everyone cheered and happy, "We have overcome the difficulties, challenged ourselves and make our team better."

The one-day training was not only for physical test, but also for refreshing everyone’s minds and hearts. Through this training, people can communicate with each other better, and the team members can work together and build up the confidence to win. The training also broke the regular way of thinking of our members, developed the potentiality of individuals and team; cultivated the good psychological quality of our members to face the competition, pressure and risk. At the same time the training also can enhance the players the sense of identity to the culture and target of our company and establish the belief of growing together with the company.
