Continuous communication, attentive transmission

On September 16th, 2020, the 20th Rubber Tech China 2020 Exhibition made its grand opening at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. This event featured a total exhibition area of 40,000 square meters, and more than 500 exhibitors.

NGC has over 30 years of professional experience in the field of rubber and plastic gear transmissions. At this exhibition, NGC presented a number of transmission solutions, along with many products for rubber industry, both general and specialized.

NGC Large Internal Mixer Gearbox, Vertical Type Open Mill Gearbox, A New-Generation Single Screw Extruder Gearbox, all adopted a new-style modular design which guarantees both gear strength as well as dramatically reducing the total size and weight of the transmission parts. This effectively shortens development cycles and reduces processing costs. By adopting this new drive arrangement, a higher transmission efficiency has been achieved, along with higher transmission stability. The Brand-New Generation of MHB-Series Standard Industrial Gearboxes have been supported by the joint efforts of the NGC China team and the NGC German team through research and development. Their innovative design ideas were condensed, their manufacturing technologies refined, and their products and systems passed through each of the strict tests demanded of them. Their carrying capacity and resistance to overload all reached the leading international level. During the exhibition, the NGC booth attracted a large number of professional attendees. The NGC sales and technical teams overcame the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, making elaborate preparations, warmly receiving the event guests, and carrying out in-depth communications with the visiting customers regarding product performance, technical characteristics, and industry trends.
