Continuous communication, attentive transmission

LET is the first English letter combination of Lean Enterprise Transformation, the Chinese meaning is Lean enterprise culture conduction.

From the year 2009 to 2010, GE Energy Group chose four strategic suppliers from its global suppliers to implement LET project with a purpose of transferring an advanced management concepts to the suppliers so as to improve their corporate culture. NGC was honored to be one of the four strategic suppliers and has successfully started LET project on 7-11th December, 2009.

As early as 2006, when we signed the joint development agreement with GE, GE has brought along with their advanced technology, six sigma and lean management to NGC. Through over three years’ cooperation between the two sides, in a new technical platform and growth platform, NGC has greatly developed both in technology level and management level, and the output has grown rapidly as well. This time, as the main body of this project, NGC hopes that under the guidance and help of GE experts, we promote LET project more comprehensively and systematically, based on lean production, we will apply lean thinking product development, sales, logistics, personnel training, etc. and this concept will be interpreted as NGC’s unique culture, thereby laying a solid foundation for century-old establishment.
