Geared for a Better Future

On 5th, February, 2010, the Ist Skill Contest was successfully staged in Nanjing High Speed Gear Manufacturing Co., Ltd (a subsidiary of NGC). The management of the company attached great importance to this contest. The judgment standards involved safety, field management and personal skill. There were four contest items: bridge crane ability, forklift ability, mechanic ability and heat treater ability.

Through the contest, we told our workers skill improvement is important, however, the safety production philosophy is always in the first place.
