Geared for a Better Future

On September 23, a wonderful Fall day, the young employees from Designing institute of Nanjing High Accurate Transmission Equipment Group Co., Ltd had a quality expansion exercise in Nanjing Flower park. The theme of this exercise is “Challenging ourselves, growing in team work”

Under the guidance of the coach, the employees were divided into three teams, name with ”Baodao Team”, Lightning Team” and Iron Wolf Team” via the activities of Ice breaking, Grouping and Team show. In the program of “5 Minutes challenging” (including moving golf, concentric circle transmission, non-falling down forest and rope skipping, etc), the team member’s risk handling capability was dredged up completely, and the member’s determination and passion to challenging the difficulty was inspired out. By means of series activities, the members learned how to adjust themselves to face the pressure of continuous failure.

At 13:30, the youth employees dived into intense “battle”. The first activity is “Rolling wheel”, which was made of papers, and all team members needed to stand inside this paper wheel and roll it without broking. In CS competition, the members were divided into two teams to fight, fighting contents included attacking-defense, annihilation and intelligence agent.

In the end, every body talked about how to apply the team work into real job, which was their great harvest in the exercise.
