The 2025 Staff Pickleball Tournament of the Nanjing New Industry Investment Group was held at Jinling Pickleball Stadium on November 22. The NGC team demonstrated remarkable teamwork and outstanding competitive prowess throughout the event, claiming the championship after a series of intense matches. This hard-earned triumph not only stemmed from rigorous training but also from the resilience and enterprising spirit that defines the NGC team.

Two months ago, this team started with little to no experience in pickleball. During the intensive training organized by the group's labor union, the players progressed step by step, starting from basic serves to net volleys, and from technical skills to tactical coordination. They dedicated their spare time to refining their technique, gathering on weekends to review tactics and exchange insights. It was this unwavering dedication to hard work and the pursuit of excellence that enabled the team to rapidly improve their skills in a short period, nurturing the seeds of growth that have now sprouted and flourished.

The tournament adopted a team format, with three events: men's doubles, women's doubles, and mixed doubles. On the court, the players displayed precise shots and seamless coordination, with every thrilling rally showcasing the players’ solid fundamentals and exceptional competitive form.
