On February 28, 2011, NGC invested to set up China Transmission Heavy Duty Equipment Co., Ltd, which is specialized in the designing and manufacturing of coal machinery.
On 13 January, China Transmission Heavy Duty Machine Tool Corporation Limited, the production base of high end machine tool of the Company was built up and became a new economic growth point of the Company.
On 1st November, the Company took over the 60% shareholdings from Nanjing ZF Marine Transmission System Co., Ltd. It became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and was renamed as Nanjing High Accurate Marine Transmission System Co., Ltd. On 10 November, the Company signed reorganization frame agreement with Nantong Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. Till 2nd December 2010, the reorganization was completed, and Nantong Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. became a holding company of the Company.
On 10 January, the Company completed the reorganization to Nanjing Sky Electronic Enterprise Co., Ltd., and became the controlling shareholder of it. In October, Nanjing Nanchuan Laser Equipment Co., Ltd., the production base of laser equipment of the Company, was built up in Konggang Industrial Park in Nanjing Jiangning Economic Development Zone. It became a new growth point of the Company.
