We offer a variety of wind energy main gearboxes and yaw and pitch gearboxes, ranging from 1.5 MW to over 25+ MW in capacity. Our products have passed certifications including DNV, UL, TUV-NORD, TUV-SUD, CCS, CGC, CQC, ETL, and CE, reaching an internationally advanced level. We have achieved mass production and supply to both domestic and international users. The gear ratio can be customized according to user requirements. We also offer customized gearbox designs for different application scenarios such as offshore, onshore, plateaus, high temperature, and desert environments.

After years of development, our wind energy main gearboxes now consist of two major product platforms: NGC StanGear and NGCWinGear. Their planetary gears feature rolling bearings and sliding bearings, respectively, which are better suited to the wind turbine gear transmission system, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of wind turbine units.
These two major product platforms offer SMG standard models and CMG custom models according to customer needs. The SMG boasts higher reliability, shorter development cycles and superior costs, while the CMG is a new generation of products developed according to specific customer requirements.
In recent years, with the grid-parity power generation of wind power, the upsizing of wind turbines has significantly accelerated, placing higher demands on the reliability, price, and delivery time of yaw and pitch gearboxes. Upon its dedication to the development of wind power gearboxes for over 20 years, NGC has accumulated rich industry experience, and developed a platform for the new generation of MPP yaw and pitch planetary modules by combining standardized and modular concepts along with reliability technology. Also, the company’s products have been favoured by a large number of wind turbine customers due to their outstanding performance.

NGC has integrated digital technology into its machinery in great depth, introducing status monitoring, cloud computing, big data analytics, Internet technologies, and mobile terminal technologies, thereby building an informatized gearbox system, allowing gearboxes to perceive and monitor its own status, thereby managing the gearboxes’ lifecycle information. Through the use of cloud computing and big data analysis technology, combined with NGC’s professional fault diagnosis and failure analysis expert team, these systems can evaluate the operating status of various gearboxes in real-time. When gearbox errors begin to initiate, remote diagnosis and early warning functions can be activated to prevent further failure, reducing the generating capacity loss by reducing the number of gearbox maintenance hours. Proactive maintenance strategy was adopted to improve the efficiency of wind power generation, improving the overall economic efficiency of wind energy.
