In the context of the "dual carbon" goals and the pursuit of high-quality development in the wind power industry, and to strengthen our wind energy operations and maintenance teams, the NGC Gearbox Operation and Maintenance Technology Training Center was invited to participate in the 9th Advanced Training Class for New Energy Maintenance Personnel ("Craftsman Star Training Camp") organized by Longyuan Power. The three-day intensive training concluded successfully at Jiangsu Longyuan Wind Power Technology Training Co., Ltd. A total of 70 wind energy experts from various regions achieved comprehensive skills improvement by means of systematic learning and hands-on experience. The training session received unanimous praise from the participants.

As the official training institution of a globally renowned wind energy gearbox repair and manufacturing enterprise, the NGC Training Center leverages its deep technical expertise to develop tailored courses. The curriculum focuses on the core needs of wind energy gearbox operation and maintenance, covering key modules such as the proper use of common measurement and maintenance tools, gearbox structure and operating principles, sealing, lubrication, and cooling system configurations, common fault diagnosis and handling, as well as borescope operation. These components help participants build up a systematic framework of specialist knowledge.

This training program features an innovative, four-dimensional teaching model that combines "theory, models, case analysis, and hands-on practice." In the theoretical sessions, instructors present complex technical knowledge in an accessible manner. The case analysis segment uses typical industry cases to explore key issues and offer targeted insights. During the hands-on practice, participants are guided by professional instructors, becoming proficient in using equipment such as hydraulic torque wrenches and borescopes to perform maintenance and troubleshooting exercises, effectively integrating theory with practice. NGC's professional hands-on training solutions and well-established curriculum provide a solid guarantee for the quality of the training.
